How do I make any changes to my membership?

With our new app, you have the ability to make changes to your membership on your own.


To change any of your membership details (Cancel/Change plan/Change home studio), you have 2 options:


  1. You can use the Pronto mobile app to take you to the Pronto App Web Dashboard.
  2. You can log in directly to your Pronto App Web Dashboard on your mobile device or desktop/laptop.


Instructions to make changes to membership


Option 1:
  • Open and sign in to your Pronto Booking App on your Mobile Device
  • Then click "Membership" at the bottom of the page
  • Then "Manage Subscription" and click on "Visit Website" on the popup that appears
  • Sign in to the Pronto App Web Dashboard using your account credentials and check "Keep me logged in"
  • Open the menu icon on the top left, and click on "Subscriptions"
  • Then the "Manage Subscription" button
  • You will be able to cancel/change or make any changes to your membership from this page


Option 2:
  • Sign in to the Pronto App Web Dashboard using your account credentials and check "Keep me logged in"
  • Once signed in, click on "Subscription" on the menu on the left (when on your desktop/laptop)
  • If on your mobile device, open the menu icon on the top left, and click on "Subscriptions"
  • Then the "Manage Subscription" button

  • Step 5: Click on any of the buttons on the following page to process the desired change on your membership (Cancel/Change Plan/Add All Access/Change Home Studio)


After these steps have been followed, every time you head back to the app and select membership to manage your membership, it will take you straight to the "Manage Membership" page without asking for login info again.


Tips

  • If you cancel your membership, you can reactivate it yourself from the "Subscription" screen on the Pronto Website Dashboard. Once cancelled, you will see the "Reactivate My Cancelled Subscription" button when navigating to the Subscription screen. This will remove your scheduled cancellation and reactive your subscription again.
