How do I change my password?

To change the password on your account, you would have to navigate to the Pronto Booking Website Dashboard login screen: https://app.prontopilates.com/login


Make sure you are logged out and that you are seeing the following screen: 


Click on "Forgot Password?" and follow the prompts on the screen. You will receive an email to reset your password to your account.


Alternatively, you can also do this from your Pronto App Mobile app.


The first step is to download the app for your phone.


iPhone: Link

After downloading the app and opening it, you will be presented with a login screen that looks similar to what the Website Dashboard login looks. Use the "Forgot Password?" button to reset your password.
